1. In accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) No. 34/2014, products purchased from www.anvelopecalifornia.ro may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalty and without giving any reason, provided that the product shows no signs of use of any kind. In this case, the outbound and return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
2. For products purchased directly in the shop, the return period is 48 hours, under the conditions set out above.
3. Products that do not conform to the specifications on the website at the time the order was sent may be returned at no additional cost to the customer, following a written notification specifying the nature of the lack of conformity. The customer may request a refund of the value of the product or its replacement with a conforming one.
4. Requests to return a product or the entire order can be made by phone on 0727.790.504 or by e-mail at marketing@anvelopecalifornia.ro. An Anvelope California operator will take the customer's request and provide details of the next steps to follow.
5. The products must be properly packaged and the corresponding invoice must be attached to the parcel. The customer is responsible for packaging the product and the documents required for shipping it to the Anvelope California premises.
6. The products are to be sent to the premises of SC California Tyres SRL in Baia Mare, Bd. Bucuresti nr. 42A, jud. Maramureș.
7. Return costs will be borne by the Customer.
8. Under the provisions of Article 13 of the same Emergency Ordinance, the value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 working days from the date the return request is registered, into the bank account specified by the customer, without any fees being charged for this refund. If the refund cannot be made into an account, the customer will be contacted to agree on another refund method.
9. These provisions apply in accordance with OUG No. 34/2014 to purchases of products from www.anvelopecalifornia.ro made using distance communication techniques.
10. Repeated cancellation of orders may be considered an abuse.
