Placing an order

How do I place an order?

1. Online at www.anvelopecalifornia.ro, by following the ordering process.
2. By phone on 0727.790.504 / 0262.220.295, by contacting an Anvelope California operator.
3. By e-mail at marketing@anvelopecalifornia.ro.

What information do I need to provide for my order to be fulfilled?

If you have chosen to place your order by phone or by e-mail, please provide us with the following information:
• The exact name of the products you want;
• The quantity (number of items) you want;
• The promo code (if you have one and wish to use it);
• The delivery and/or billing address;
• Personal details: first name, surname, e-mail address, phone number;
• Any other information or remarks regarding the current delivery.

How do I pay?

• Cash on delivery – you pay for the products when they are delivered to you. The courier will issue proof of the cash-on-delivery payment, which serves as a fiscal receipt;
• Online payment by bank card – to pay online by bank card, you need to fill in a form with your bank card details on the secure page of the payment processor;
• Payment by bank transfer (payment order) – delivery will be made once the payment appears on our bank statement.
