- • The warranty period is the one specified in the table above for each product.
- • Under the provisions of Article 16 of Law No. 449/2003, the seller is liable if the lack of conformity becomes apparent within a maximum of 12 months from delivery of the product (from the sale of the product to the consumer, whether an individual or a legal entity)

Important
The tyre size must be chosen in accordance with the instructions given by the vehicle manufacturer. Normal conditions of use require compliance with the parameters printed on the tyre regarding the maximum load per wheel, in relation to the maximum or minimum operating pressure and the maximum permitted speed.
Average service life of the tyre
The average service life of tyres lasts until the tread is worn down to 1.6 mm for car tyres and 2 mm for lorry tyres, but no more than 36 months from the date the product(s) were sold to the consumer, whether an individual or a legal entity. For agricultural machinery tyres, the limit is 2 mm for rim diameters up to 20" and 4 mm for rim diameters over 20", but no more than 48 months from the date the product(s) were sold to the consumer, whether an individual or a legal entity.

- Where quality complaints made within the warranty period are accepted as justified, the tyre will be replaced in full within the legal warranty period of maximum 12 months from purchase.
- If the tyre that is the subject of the complaint shows wear greater than 10% of the original tread depth, it will be replaced during the warranty period with a new tyre, with the customer bearing the value of the wear of the defective tyre (determined as a percentage by measuring the remaining tread depth) out of the price of the new tyre on the date the complaint is lodged.
Any replacement of products will be made within a reasonable period of time, agreed between the seller and the consumer (Article 11(4) of Law 449/2003).
Consumer rights are protected by Ordinance No. 21/1992 and Law 449/2003.
