Payment methods

1. Cash on delivery

The order is paid in cash, in lei, in full, to the courier company's agent when the products are collected. The agent is required to issue proof of payment.

2. Online by bank card via EuPlatesc (Visa/Visa Electron/Maestro/MasterCard)

If you have chosen the "Online by bank card" payment method, you need to fill in a form with your card details on the secure page of the payment processor.

• Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by these organisations, which gives online transactions the same level of security as those made at a cash machine or in person at the merchant.

• "3-D Secure" ensures, first and foremost, that no information relating to your card is transferred to or stored, at any time, on the shop's servers or on the payment processor's servers, as these details are entered directly into the Visa and MasterCard systems.

3. Payment order or internet banking

The order is paid in advance into the Company's account by payment order or internet banking, on the basis of the pro forma invoice issued by the Company.

4. Online in equal interest-free instalments with a shopping card

Once you have entered your card number on the payment processor's page, the system will automatically detect whether the card is eligible for payment in instalments with one of the banks approved by the shop and will display a list from which you can choose the number of instalments you want.

This service offered by Alpha Bank allows holders of lei credit cards issued by the bank to benefit from a flexible instalment payment solution for goods/services purchased with their credit cards from the merchants affiliated to this service.
  • Convenient - All you need to do is select the number of instalments in which you want to repay the value of your order. The transaction will be split into the number of instalments you have chosen at the very moment of payment;
  • Affordable - To benefit from 0% interest, you must pay the corresponding monthly instalment, equal to the cost of the goods divided by the number of months chosen for payment. If other types of transactions are also made, the full monthly amount due must be paid in order to benefit from 0% interest;
